This morning while in a meeting with Ji-Hye The 1st grade teacher came in with 2 students to invite me to their festival this morning. Of course I said yes I love watching little ones perform. Since my classes were being assigned seats and one class had a snack party, I was able to go watch for awhile. It was sooooo cute. Parents came and the kids sang, danced, and did martial arts. When the bell rang I left and came back to my class. But since there was arranging of the seats again I got to watch the 3rd graders do their festival. Now, I have to comment about some of the parents here. Not to be disrespectful. Most were very nice and smiled and said hello, they made space for me to sit and they even gave me a hamburger and some Pepsi (will get to that later). But as nice as they were it was also very interesting when they asked" Oh you are English teacha." Now of course I said yes. But I was thinking of course who else would I be? But I digress. Now about the hamburger it was interesting. It was beef I think with lettuce and mayo but there was this like teriyaki sauce on it that ruined the whole burger. Now it's picture time.
