Class
Today and yesterday I was speaking to the students about me and where I'm from. Most of them asked the same questions. They are all very curious about me and where I am from and what I like to do. Though sometimes I wonder what they learn here. Alot of them did not know where Florida is or some did not know New York and forget about any place in the Caribbean. But so far it has been a good reception. Some have asked or made a comment about my weight in Korean. But I can understand since most Koreans are slim. I am also very tall to them. lol When I told them how old I am they all were like "ooooohh young techa" it's really cute.

Oh Techa- be nice! hahhaha.. That is cute. Yeah you are a foreigner to them in so many ways.. Just be glad they don't do you like the Italian boy did to the tall black soldier in the movie "Miracle at St. Anna" -- lick your face and call you "gigante cioccolata" (chocolate giant)! hahhahahaa.. They may not know where Florida or New York is but I bet you they can out math and science the kids on this side of the pond! Glad it's going well.. Can't wait to hear some of your lesson plans!

Oh hey! I bet you they would enjoy seeing some of your jewlery! That would be a fun project to work on with them. Maybe do a class on hobbies and each person has to do a report in front of the class (ugh yes the worse!! hahaha) in english on their hobbies.
